When we started our design we had very specific energy savings goals that we wanted to incorporate into a unique structure that would meet the covenants while maximizing energy efficiency. Josh took an active interest in this and implemented it with fidelity throughout the process. We had the opportunity to see many specialized contractors during the project and Josh did a great job of keeping them integrated with our green philosophy.
Now that our house is done, we are very excited about it because it is different, yet is very frugal in operation. With a varied mix of tile and hardwood floors against stone and knotty elder trim it has truly remarkable craftsmanship due to the time Josh spent with us discussing our goals and the time, expertise and care that his folks put into construction. They added thoughtful detail throughout. A truly wonderful performance for which we are extremely thankful.
